Anzac Day

Anzac day is a celebration to remember the Anzac's on the 25th of April in 1915. There were lots of things I learnt about Anzac day and here is what I learnt.

• New Zealand and Australia fought Turkey.
• Anzac day can be celebrated by baking biscuits and wearing poppies.
• The place where the Anzac's landed was renamed Anzac cove.
• Anzac biscuits were made 100 years ago.

Reflection

This term I have enjoyed maths because it helped me with my learning.
I also enjoyed swimming because it helped me swim in the pool.
I'm proud of writing more in my writing book.

Next term my goals are to:

• get better at my reading by reading faster.
• sit still on the mat by not playing around.

In this video my room 14 buddy (kharma) and me presented the maori phrase.

I need to work on saying hoa correctly.

Crystal Flower experiment

We did a science experiment about crystals

I predict that if you leave it for two weeks it will make a giant crystal.

Glow worms

Hi. Here is my video of the glow worm facts. I wrote the facts down and presented them to the class. I'm good at speaking clearly. I need to work on expression.
